Returns

Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

For your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
